- 8 parts red raspberry leaf
- 6 parts nettle leaf
- 3 parts peppermint leaf
- 2 parts alfalfa leaf
Instructions
- Brewed at a ratio of one spoonful (the teaspoon from a flatware set) to one cup of simmering water and then steeped for at least 5 minutes, or for an even stronger brew up to 24 hours. I sweeten my tea with that same spoonful of honey.
