Basic Overnight Sourdough Muffin Ferment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups active sourdough starter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ cup unbleached all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix really well. The dough will be very stiff.
  2. Cover with a cloth and allow to sit until morning.
